We are each gifted in a unique and important way.
It is our privilege and our adventure to discover our own special light.

Why The Enneagram?
The Enneagram is an exceedingly useful personal development system. It differs from others (DISC, Myers-Briggs) in that it goes beyond observable behavior or processing preferences and decodes the underlying motivation that holds our patterns in place. The Enneagram is your unconscious operating system.
The Enneagram is rich with insight and the only system I’ve worked with that has held my attention for over a decade. You can benefit from learning the nine world views but the Enneagram will likely spark your desire to know more. I have been studying it and applying it to my life for over 15 years and can say that it is the single biggest contributor to my self-awareness and growth. I came to know my strengths in a profound way and learn that, just like my dominant hand or native language, they will always be there. This allows me to let go and focus my energy toward development.
Working with the Enneagram will also increase your level of compassionate understanding for others which significantly increases your effectiveness as a leader, team member, or parent. As the difference between intent and the impact is uncovered, we are able to give others the benefit of the doubt and work together much more authentically. Slowing down this reactivity is the basis for emotional and social intelligence.
